Eligibility
To be eligible for McGregor PACE, a person must meet these requirements:
- Be 55 years of age or older
- Live in Cuyahoga County
- Be eligible for nursing-home level of care as determined by the state
- Be assessed by the McGregor PACE team as able to live safely in the community
